one of my friends is working on an 87 atc 125. it runs good but the carb has a problem: the choke plate in the carb body is half of what it is supposed to be. just wondering how that could have broken in half. there's nothing that could have done that while it was running. he drilled the screws out and took the remaining piece out. i guess he's gonna get a piece of steel and make a new one out of that and put new screws in there. it idles weird because of the increased air flow. let me knoew if you guys have ever heard of this before. thanks.
