a arm question?

Are aftermarket extended a arms different for the 450's and 400's? Just wondering what the differences are. If i buy used arms for a 450r, will they work on my 07 400ex? Any input would be appreciated.

450r arms will not fit on the 400ex. The mounts are off, but you could always cut them off and remount them... You would be much better off just watching on here or on craigslist for 400ex arms.
