i know a man who races banshees and has a couple 250r's and he has seveveral motors in boxes that were taken from the atc's when they were banned...his have zero scratches and have never been taken apart...he told me i could get one for $1600

Those "class motor" stories are true. I took a class once using a brand new 350X motor. But watch out- people who are learning have worked with those, it could be a mess. Like they can't get it back together so they toss some bolts in the cases and clamp it up!

knobbyboy - I know what you mean!!! That's why I'm selling it as a parts motor...I would definately NOT just bolt it together and try to start it. No way.

Ive had a few of those motors but every one I had were never taken apart. It was crazy when I found them the spark plug was always broke off and the stator wires, clutch cable, and radiator hoses were all cut with side cutters.The motors were sent to tech schools but many of them were never used. A friend of mine named Norris got a hold of about 10 at one time and was selling them for around 800.00 each. Im pretty sure thats were the guy in SC (Joey) got his.

thats the same thing the man told me..the wires and hoses were cut..its probably the same guy
