I have a 01 400ex with stock arms, I weigh 200lbs.

Will woks triple rates w/rezzies for +2 arms from an R
work for me?

They will work it just depends on what weight they were valved for if they are going to be stiff or not.

They are valved for 180lbs.

Sounds like they will be fine since they are coming from a quad with extended arms, they will be a little stiffer....compensating for your extra weight. Go for it!!!

I DONT KNOW FOR SURE BUT ARNT 250R SHOCKS SHORTER THAN THE 400EX SHOCKS JUST A THOUGHT

the reason i said that is i think they are shorter a freind of mine got some 250 r shocks off ebay and they were ohlins piggybacks and compaired to the stock ones they were shorter like a half inch or so ihad bought works shocks at the time and he noticed they were shorter and the performance suffered a little he actually sold them on ebay and ended up buying some works with resseys like mine and has been happy with them since just a thought make sure of what you buy off ebay hope this helps:cool:

i beleive they are the same, my 400ex has 250r shocks

Thanks guys, he's sending them cod today. Can't wait to
get them, if it's a real noticeable difference from stock,
I might buy some for the wifes bike, or give her mine and
upgrade;)

i think the whole length of 400ex/250r shocks is a myth
