here are a couple new pictures of my 400ex crf450 hybrid i am still finishing it up. decided to roll it out and take a few pictures. let me know what you think.

after you get a black seat and bolt the plastics down its gonna be one trick looking hybrid

Will you have to take the motor out to adjust the valves? It looks kinda tight in the picture? What did you do to the frame to get the motor to bolt up?The exhaust and the kick starter look like trouble also. Sorry for the stupid questions, but I don't know anything about this conversion and its real interesting.

No, don't have to pull the motor to adjust the valves. You have to make new motor mounts etc. the exhaust wont be hard to do and i just have to make a kicker extension for my yz kicker.

Looks to me like you need some heel guards... and where do you ride that you don't need a skid for your chain?

bike looks sick bro good job on it damn how hard was the conversion? man i may do this instead of doing any upgrades to the 400ex motor.... this would be sweet as hell to do

Did you machine off the rear swingarm for the sprocket alignment? I've got a method that aligned the sprockets that's alittle easier, but not sure if it's as reliable.

Thanks man, yea I machined the left inside part of the swingarm down flush and also flipped the front sprocket around.
