teether kill switch [Archive]

i need help bad i have a 300ex. and recently i bought a teether kill switch cause i was wanting to try to start racing. anyway i went to hook it up to the wires coming out of my stock kill switch. well i hooked it up and it works backwards when it's pluged in it won't run or start. so i flip the wires around and still the same. well i ticked and left it. so if any one could help with how to hook it up it would be much appreciated. thanks guys

check with your local dealer cause there r two types of kills one is a open and the qther is a close or something like that but tehy wont work right if you setup on you quad is different

Is the teather plugged into the kill switch? :D

no i have it wired to the wires coming out of it, and if your wandering i traced them from the inside out. when the teether is unpluged it runns when plug in it dies and like i said before i even tried to switch it around and still the same thing. thanks for the help
