how long before u should replace the piston in a motor??? pretty much just a play around bike not really ridden hard just wondering?

after 35 hours if i hade don a piston swope,i wouldent need the jug too.Just purchest a cylinder and piston kit $490 ouch! My ltr was pushin 40 hours oil changed every 3-5 hours.I dont race pro or nuthin but me and a buddy push them pretty hard when ever possible.We have a 1/2 mile oval that is WIDE OPEN 5th most of the way,he has a YFZ and weave batteled numurus times.Under simmalar conditions i will be doin a piston after 30 or 35 hours max.Al be it iv herd STORIES of ltr pistons going 75+ hours

ya i already got one on order. i dont want to chance it. man 75 hours thats a long *** time. that would be nice if they were always like that
