does this seem like a good price or would you suggest any where else to get a 416 kit at.

its hard to find 416 kits on ebay...anyway i couldnt find very many.

just a ton of 440 kits. try taking that DK price to your dealer mine said he would beat the denny price.

Thats a good price for what you get, not the best, but close. Could you define "everything" and "416" so we know what you want. A "416" could mean just a piston or it could mean alot of things. I would get a cam also.

www.goldenwestcycle.com has a 416 kit that comes choice of stg 1 or 2 cam and choice of comp piston 11:1 or 12:1 if I remember right plus the gaskets come also, sells for around $300 I think.

as in everything i mean gasket rings wrist pin basically everything that is in the first kit i think it might be more expensive to get them separately then whats in that kit but im not sure. But i am getting a stage 2 hotcam crf timeing chain and 450r carb. also i am going to grind my header weld down and repack my exhaust. Oh yeah and im going to check to see if everything is inspec in my head and im going to do valve seals for shure.

I went with JE just to be different but theres no wrong piston to buy, Wiseco I think tends to be off on there comp numbers according to posts on here, but JE doesnt carry a 11:1 piston 10:8:1 is the actual comp then you need a xr gasket for true 11:1 comp.

I love my stg 2 cam, with my port work it makes a good amount of torque and power.

Yea I had everything done, Colby did my motor work so i'd look into his pricing and such. My porting was around $175 if I remember and it was worth it.

Pic of the port work.

Why not? If you get jipped (using pay-pal) I can't remember but either pay-pal or eBay (pretty sure its eBay) will refund your money. Its pretty safe if you ask me! Thats all I use, that and this site. But you just have to be careful buying used stuff, I have only had one problem buying something used (out of about 150+) it was a kill switch that didn't work.. no biggie. Just e-mail them (the seller) and they will most likey make it right, if they don't, leave negitive feedback.. and always look at the feedback before you buy. If you don't use eBay, you are missing out and KILLER deals!

I'm not talking just about this, I am talking about parts in general. There are sooo many good deals on there! I love eBay!

eBay is like a mix between Wal-Mart and a Thrift Store, ONLINE!

you just compared ebay to wal-mart even more reason not to use it.

Not that I know of, but I thought along time ago White Brothers had a kit that came with a sleeve and pretty much everything even a full system I think if I remember it was around $850 or something like that. I think it was sold in the chaparral cataloge but dont quote me on that though.
