I am starting to part out my 06 450er. due to car accident my riding days are over. i take paypal and i am firm on the prices. none of these parts have been used since July 5th.

Flexx bars 14degree- 160$ shipped have two pairs
Rpm dominator axle-150$ shipped{immaculate would think it is brand new}
I-cat ignition amplifier-90${ includes extra coil and spark plug cap with all wires} immaculate and best mod i did to my engine
Powermadd hand guards brand new 30$ with mount kit, the are red and black
Hotcam stage 2- 50$ 3 hours on it
rebel rider rear grab bar new-40$ looks like an AC grab bar and it fits an 04-05 honda 450r.

I have been watching this and am holding off hoping that you all will get your stuff he did send me a refund on the axle shortly after I sent payment for it, but there is more to the story...
a few months ago he was selling a walsh stem and we couldn't settle on a price so he listed it on ebay and with a low feedback # he didn't get any bids then the stem was relisted under another user name and lower price. I got the stem and it wes in good shape thats why I was going to get the axle.
#1 if he was going to rip people off why would he send my money back?
#2 is it because I may have his phone# and address from the stem?
#3 is it because the ebay user that sold me the stem just sold a RPM axle back on oct. 27th that was listed to sound just like the one that he had for sale on here?
#4 who paid for the axle ? and do you have any pictures of it that he sent to you?

I am the one that bought the AXLE and cam. I was holding off on filing a paypal claim for non-receipt because of the fact that he refunded your money for the axle. Most scammers would double and triple sell, I would think?? But this action could be the scam as to delay people from making a claim. But just minutes ago, I decided to file a paypal claim as it has been 18 days since I paid and he has not been posting on here or defending himself. I however did get a personal e-mail from him on monday morning the 22nd saying he has been on the road and would provide tracking number for me later that day, but that was the last I have heard from him and still don't have a tracking number. I sent numerous e-mails with no reply. I suggest all buyers who have no items and no tracking numbers file a claim. I may be the first one?? I don't think 18 days is to early to file and probably should have did it a week ago. I think this guy is a loser. Side note, he is also a bad buyer which should have cued me that he would be a bad seller. On the buyer side of crusty, I was going to sell him some wheels this summer and we agreed on a price. He was suppose to pay me that day or the next, which then got delayed by a week and then two weeks til I stoped hearing from him. Then about a month later, I finally get an excuse that he doesn't want them anymore.
So crusty in my eyes is a BIG LOSER as a seller and buyer.

Do you think he had two axles to sell?
If yes, then we are ok. But I think he double sold to me on this forum. We will see if he ever sends a tracking number or if the axle ever shows up at my door. Time will tell, but I was tired of waiting so I filed a claim. A moderator even asked him to refund money or provide tracking numbers which he did neither. Then the idiot escalated the claim against him knocking it from 30 days to 10 days for a judgement lol. What a douchebag! He said the truck that was shipping the item was in an accident! so apparently someone walking down the road scooped our parts, some lucky guy who has a 450 and a 250r! who can use both parts and another 2 sets of bars lol. im sure it was easy to run away with our mystery packages also. Im guessing it was the grinch! The crustygrinch450er!!!! lol, grow a heart buddy and send our presents back down the mountain!!!

No more e-mails from crusty, but I get this info added to my paypal claim. a tracking number provided. guess when he finally decided to ship?? after I finally file a claim. He must not have liked having his account frozen and money tied up. well I got a hotcams box in the mail with delivery confirmation and a stock honda cam in the box worth as you know maybe 5 bucks if you can find a buyer. This loser did this to close my paypal claim as proof of delivery. No axle showed up so for my money spent, all I have know is a stock cam.... A-hole..........

No, refunds take that long unless you have it in your paypal balance. A bank transfer refund takes that long as I refunded a person once for something he changed his mind on before I could ship and I had already transfered it to my bank account but it took like 4 days to get back to him. He needed the money to pay a bill that showed up, he said and I felt bad. But my hands were tied as it was just a paypal thing.

Hey guys...I am the bidder who won the auction on ebay for the axle....He jacked me around for months and months saying he shipped the axle and they sent it back.....I finally arranged a meeting with him where i had to drive half way to his house(an hour and a half) I do have the axle tho....now i know why it took so long...he must have sold it to you and on ebay and was trying to figure out how to get out of it or something...I had no idea it was for sale here as well...I talked to him on the phone and met him and he seemed like a nice guy that just had problems with shipping, but i guess i was wrong...sorry to hear about all this

Hey guys, not to take away from this thread, but this completely sucks! Dealing on this forum is getting worse and worse. I bought a few things recently, and were pretty much junk. Funny cause I used this site about a year ago to meet 5 hours away in Hartford,CT with a guy (yfz3x) to trade bikes even up (400ex for a YFZ450) and had no problems, and I truely didn't know him at all except how he carried himself on this site. Now just trying to buy things is more and more shady just because you have no idea what people send. I hope you guys get something out of this, and I hope more people read this and look out for anything that could be shady about the deal.

Snowormud- I know first hand this guy is stand up as hell. We swapped even up my Houser Black +2 stem, for his Chrome Lonestar Std. Stem and is was EXACTLY how he said it was and was shipped exactly when he said it was. Dude I hope something good comes out of this for you.

The police here are coming with me to pick up the package, my case is already open. The package is in Ottawa right now so ill see it in 2-3 days.

Really who scams people! Especially for stuff like 150 here or there, is it worth living in fear of the police showing up and dragging you off in front of your neighbors? Good ol lou called me this morning apologizing......im guessin my pd called him, and he played dumb as to why my refund didn't go through....
When I talked to the paypal lady the other day, she said that jan 5th would be the day it would clear from his bank, so im guessin he sat there watching it say pending and then when it went through, removed the refund. OR it could be that he doesn't have any money and it failed to withdraw the funds from his account. i feel really sorry for everybody thats gotten screwed, including the recent guy from ebay! i hope he does what we are doing too, this guy needs to drop the act and admit he is wrong. all i know is he screwed with the wrong guys.

hey guys, just updating my side of this fcked up deal. my refund went thru, should have the money available in my account tonight at midnight once it goes thru. its showing up on my online statement so i guess im good??? cops still want me to gather all the evidence to still pursue the fraudulent activity so i would strongly suggest u guys do the same. he WILL pay for his actions as far as it looks....

Yes, brymillen should do like he said before to keep him out of canada. Canada is a nice place to visit and it would suck if he ever wanted to cross the border and was denied or if he ever needed to drive his truck there for business and could not.

i got some excuse, gave him the officers name and number...wont answer my calls...so basically, i am going to sue him for $160 USD and $30.56CDN for the customs, he wont show and a warrant will be put out, as soon as he hits the border...boom impound the vechile and he is going to be processed for fraud and something else?? plus have to shell out my deniro before he can get back over to the US and obtain his vechile back, in addition to the impound fees which are $65/day for a regular vechile. This warrant will stand for 10 years.
