Chris Borich..?

I was wondering if anyone could get me some shots of his quad and some specs? (Of his TRX450R, not the LT-R450) Also, if you could find some good videos of him, I couldn't find any good ones!

I know dirtwheels did a review on his quad a while back. it was when he was #3 on the black 450r. If I find it I will tell you what issue it was or something.

Thanks! I wonder why he switched to Suzuki..? Wasn't he doing pretty good on the Honda?

very simple.....Honda didn't want to pay him.

Suzuki pays very well.

There's not any, in XC anyway. Honda doesn't give a damn about quads.

obviously bill gets paid the most...why else do you think he's stayed with yamaha for so long....that man could probably dominate on any bike he was put on...

Does Honda have any XC factory riders? at all?

Honda used to somewhat support John Natalie in the MX side of things, but they even quit supporting him, hence his switch to a Can-Am.

Honda doesn't support ANY quad riders, but they do have a factory team for dirtbikes (as far as SX goes.. The Sobe, No Fear, Samsung, Honda team...)

Suzuki, Yamaha, Can-AM, KTM, Kawasaki and I think even Polaris are all offering factory rides now. Its great that there is still so much support in the sport, even though the economy is chit...:ermm:

..haha..like i said dont quote me on that one...i knew he made six figures, but for some odd reason i thought i read like a couple of years ago in dirtwheels that when all of this sponsor ship contracts started happening he signed a million dollar contract..not over a year...but like i said... ithought i read that....

who knows..i could have been drunk that day..

chris's motors were done by sparks, laeger chassis components, axis shock, (he may have ran FOX his last year on it), Hiper Tech 3s wrapped in razrs with tireballs, Flexx bars, RPM axles, Blingstar components, acerbis handguards, IMS tank, quad tech hood and seat,

thats about all i can make out from the pictures i could find

I couldn't see any Flexx bars in any pic.. also how can you tell his axle is PRM?!

chris has never ran flexx bars he used cr low renthal bend with a twist throttle.

He runs Pro Taper now on his Suzuki pro taper is one of the team suzuki sponsor's

in 05 he rana completely stock motor plus an HRC cam par dirtwheels article said even the airbox was stock with the HRC lid..but used an alba exhaust...He used 13/38 gearing and the bike would do over 80 MPH.

the dirtwheels mag they did a article on him in was July 05 i got it right here in front of me....

I know bcs I was at the races in 07 and looked at his quad. Plus I have/use the same axle he did.
