Throttle Valve Issues

I am having problems with my throttle valve sticking wide open. With the trhottle valve disconected the action on the throttle is fine/normal. When I screw the shaft arm to the throttle valve it gets very stiff and sticks at the top. Anyone had similar issues? Remedies? 2006 TRX

You need to replace the slide and the one roller that comes off.
