cr 85 motors( need advice)

Ihave a 2006 cr 85 motor in our quad. I also have come across a 2007 new style cr 85 motor. What do i have to change to swap motors? i have heard that the coil is different?? Or can i just swap them complete?

as far as i'm aware the 05-07 are the same
