Keeping the thread alive. Raced my first race on Feb7th. Took fifth. Here's my ride. She needs some work but it sure was awesome shutting up some of those four strokers when I tied for the holeshot...

That guy is fast as all hell and I've had many battles with him over the years. Sometimes, if there's a bottleneck, he tends to point the quad in any general direction, possibly without thinking it through, and running over whatever is in his way. Once in awhile it pays off, most of the time it doesn't.

would love to hear to list of mods on this 250R.



2nd question to the Xc 250R Riders what linkage do you most commonly run,
no link , cr 500 , or oem honda.

And to get more specific if your running an aftermarket frame and swing arm which linkage or linkage setup I should say is more prevalent in XC

No-link was very common on aftermarket XC frames, most stock frames I have seen still run stock style linkage. There are some stock framed No-links floating around as well as aftermarket framed CR500 linkage.

Not an R but this is my '00 Polaris Scrambler 400 that I am racing this season, having thoughts of racing my R pictured above but the auto tranny makes life easy in the tight woods with deep ruts.
