Yoshi Pipe

I know the old edition yoshi pipes had the oval endcap and i love the way that looked. I know that the old edition pipes had some type of defect and sometimes would blow the can open. So i was just wondering if i could buy a new model pipe take the circle endcap off and replace it with an older model oval endcap.

Yoshimura recalled the oval end cap pipes. I had the old style end cape too and when I had heard about the recall I called Yosh and they sent me a new circle end capped pipe after I sent in the oval end one.

no i dont think you can, the core in the old style was oval to match the oval end cap and the new circle end cap has a circular core, im pretty sure

To ANYONe who still has the oval style yoshi. Can you please let me know if the core is oval shaped the next time you re-pack it.

I can guarantee you it will work. Send the new can and old end cap to me and I will fab it together to where it looks like it should have been that way. You cover the shipping to and from and the rest will be free. PM me if your interested.

I bet i could just heat up the oval core and kind of mold it into a circle would not take long. Now i need 2 yoshi pipes :ermm: Im sure i could make it work with some thought.
