Hi everyone i live in northern ontario and there is no race shops or dynos here and iam having trouble setting up my quad iam at 1000 ft. altitude and about 15 degrees celcius and have these things done to it:

punched 100 thou.
toomey T6 pipes
mild port and polish on both intake and exh.
constant velocity carb -35mm PWK kehin
vitos super stock pistons
pro design cool head with 22cc chambers
4 degree advance keyway

What size main jet is in the carb now? Pilot jet size? Which needle and clip position? How does it run now and what do your plugs look like?

perhaps you should try bansheehq.com there are a lot of guys on there who are really good at jetting and getting you setup in the right direction. You have extensively more work than I do. My only suggestion is to start high on the main jet and come down.

what are you running for your air filter setup? If your running through woods you want a 2:1 foam filter with the airbox lid on. As for jetting start around 195 main 50 piolet and the clip in the middel.
