Nice project....

I picked up the same modle as a cheap / dead project few years back for my little girl (I recognise the swing arm mount and unusual foot peg floor boards. New Plastic from Ebay was just under $100 shipped.

The steering geometry was funky on mine, but it was a blast for my 200# to play around and flat track on. With the new rear plastic it was not as comfortable for me to ride. The rear fenders kept me from being able to tuck in on the turns.

I forget the brand (Too many projects ago), but they were not making them any more.

The Baja motorsports ATV is a VERY close relative and looks more like an updated version.

The Plastic was the same for most modles regardless of engine size. The plastic was universal for most China ATV's.

Those are the OEM lights and (While ugly) they worked very well. I would use that ATV for a work light around the yard.

Most of the little honda copy motors come with a lighting coil, as over their they are run on small street bikes. You should have the lighting coil and wires, just find a dead scooter and get the voltage regulator and switches. The little China scooters are a great source for cheap lighting pieces.
