why such abig cut out in the rear fender was it in the way for the kick start

The cut out gives just over 1" clearance to the back and side of the boot and leg. I didn't want it any bigger than it had to be, but also didn't want the fender to grab his foot or leg as he was kicking it over.

That is SOOOOOO cool. Hey Brad, Do you happen to know what the weight will be? Is it as light as the Cobra's with the same motor?

It will be heavier than a Cobra done the same way. Will be putting it on the scales soon to get a total weight

Because he already had all of the stuff and wanted to get Ozzy to start shifting. He has 2 other dual A-arm CVT DRR's set up for MX racing, and I am just now assembling his new long travel single A-arm MX quad now. I will post pics after I get done posting this.
