250r carrier fit 400ex???

just got a 250r bearing carrier on ebay and they said it would fit a 400ex i was wondering if this is true, i cant find out now till my new axle comes in so i really can find out now, let me know, thanks

im gonna go out on a limb and say it should work . I know you can interchange the R and 400 axles. Im just not sure how well the carrier will fits in the swingarm.

i put it in the swing arm and its a perfect fit but now i need to wait for my axle to arrive, i didn't know you can put a 250r axle in a 400ex

oh ya your good then . I have a 250r axle in the wifes 400. You just have to use the hubs that go w/ the axle.

so you guys are saying that you can put a 400ex axle in a 450r carrier?? and a 250r axle in the 400ex carrier?? and the 250r carrier will go into the 400ex swingarm?? and the 450r carrier will go into the 400ex swingarm?? i'm really confused??

all i Know (that ive done or seen first hand). 250r axle in 400 carrier and vise versa.

450r swingarm and carrier on 400ex and a 450r swinger on the 250r

well i get it in a few days and if the thread is not dead 'even though it prolly will be', ill post it on here if it does fit. :chinese:
