250r woods set up?

I just purchased my first 250r and it probably wont be my last one haha. I love this machine. I'm planning on racing motocross with it, But I ride in the woods alot more than I race so how do you guys who ride trails set up your engines. I'm fine with the suspenion and handling but whats the best way to get more low end? What pipes are good? Engine porting? Reeds? Whats the best combination for the trails

any idea as to what has been done to the engine as is? what pipe, carb ect ect are currently on there?

for woods and trails i like to have at least 185psi compression(added lowend), a midrange port, either a rad valve or OEM CR reed cage, a pipe that is suited for said porting, no more than a 36mm carb and a 14/38-39 gearing. hope this helps :cool:
