Make sure your TPS is plugged in.......clean the carb/jets out real well.

your jetting is off. when it gets colder you usually have to re-jet
try playing with your air/fuel screw located at bottom of carb
that may help a little

How cold does it get where you ride? During the winter here I always richen the needle by one clip, main jet by one size, and the pilot I always run at 45. Then adjust your fuel screw from there.
