C class racing

So this coming season will be my 1st time racing mx. I was wondering what exactly will I need to race in the C class.
I already know that I need:
nerf bars
18"rear tires
20"fronts
tether killswitch

what else do I need to or should buy? Can I get by my 1st year at stock width?

Ya, I would save your money and leave it stock width for your first year, maybe first 2 years. You will notice when you need to make it wider.

What should be the first thing I get for my DS to get it ready for racing?

nerfs 100%. they WILL save your feet multiple times.

well most series require nerfs, but yeah I would say the same thing. NerfBars, otherwise maybe some fastflexx bars, or some sort of steering dampener

i would seriously reccomend a steering damper.

your priorities should be an exhaust pipe, nerf bars, tether and steering damper.
