design help needed

ok....im taking my hobby to the next level and i need some of you design guru's to help me design a company logo. the name of the business will be PAPPY"S PERFORMANCE COATINGS and PPC RACING. show me what ya come up with:D the winner will get something for the help im sure;)

Here is something I threw up pappy, are you needing an entire web design? If so we could work something out, and let me know what colors you like.. its hard to make something if I dont know the background colors and such, but this is just a simple font style I made up.

Let me know the colors, and type of logo you want and I will make it.

im sure wired will know this.....i know a 3 color isnt real expensive...do ya know any good commercail printers? so i can get stickers made?

also.....ya'll need to decide on a size. my thought was a 2 1/4 inch by 5 inch....or close to that.

i like the oval....and those colors....but most racers want rectangular stickers....they seem to fill the fenders etc more evenly....mabye i will do both:)

which one is it you liked the best? I like those ones that I did in the 3 colors that where 'scribbly' righting, but i'm too used to making sorta fancy graphics for web pages and that stuff, not stickers.

I really like wired's, they are simple, sticker designs that would look pretty good :cool:

Way to use pappy's old quad! I like wired's, but fix that "s", it looks like it was rigged on there. Pappy, how much are the stickers gonna be? I migh thave to get something powder coated so I can run a sticker! Can I send you my heat shield? I think red faded to black would look tight!

I read this whole post just a second ago and Wired had my vote until I got to this last page and saw Str8Wicked's logos. The flame one is off the hook. That is talent man.

Sure the colors could use adjusting to fit individuals tastes, but the design is sweet.

I saw the red and black one and thought it looked awesome, then I saw the flames below it...NICE.

I don't know what it is about flames, but I really like 'em. No, I'm not a flamer.
