the offset for the fron is 4-1. Wheels $330 shipped. Stem and clamp $230 shipped. Tank $200 shipped. If I tried to find a box to ship this stuff all together it would be huge! The wheels would have to ship seperate no matter what. I maybe be able to ship the tank, stem and clamp together though. I just have to find a box.

yes the stem will work fine. The wheels will make your frontend a total 1" narrower. Thats a half an inch on each side. Im pretty sure thats how it equals out. You should be fine.
