We had a huge Friday Crowd at the park today. I guess all the moms and girlfriends went shopping and the dads and kids went riding. The warm sunny weather helped I'm sure.

This is our last weekend open until March. Memberships to the park are on sale for a hundred bucks off the regular price. They make great christmas gifts. We also have gift certificates available.

....hopefully nobody gets trampled coming in the gates tomorrow!

We should have went to BPG Dan. Went to Black Mountain on Black Friday...now, Connie is gonna be black & blue. I took her up the longest hill I've ever ridden up. We turned around and went back down. The last 10 feet, she tried to stay out of a rut and went sideways and rolled. As it was starting to roll, she came off it and rolled down the hill. It chased her down and pinned her under it. I honestly can't remember whether it was 4 tires down or 4 tires up. I know I had to roll it off her.

So then she is asking if the quad is okay. LOL. Yea, I made that mistake once before. I said I don't know, I didn't check it out...I wanted to make sure you were alright. :) Remember when I ran after her 400ex to keep it from going in the pond? I haven't heard the end of that one yet.

No damage to the quad and we finished riding. She is a little sore but she'll live.

This is an awesome place though. About 7,000 acres of marked trails and another 40,000 acres of unmarked trails. I know we have been off the main property several times. Things aren't well marked and you see these trails (with no DO NOT ENTER signed) so we check them out. We rode out one trail today for a good 20 minutes before turning around. No idea where it went.

I'll gladly pay regular price not to have to deal with idiot shoppers and idiot drivers.

Some of these responses are completely retarded. Why would you not want to get things 50% off? Are you too manly to shopping? And to everyone who said real men work fridays...I didnt need to cause I made 600 dollars working monday-wednesday. So now I have a bunch of new stuff for half the price. HA

Got a 14 gallon shop vac for $30, and some tools.
Crowds were not an issue where I was either.

I have'nt heard about the kid but the one I referenced was a 34 year old man. Police are actually reviewing the tape and want to press charges on the people who trampled him. http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2008/11/walmart_worker_is_trampled_to.html

I would hope they would press charges on any involved in that incident...

We took my GF's grandpa to Wal-Mart so he could get the HP computer for $400... The deals are worth it if you can get them.
