2002 Honda TRX 90 clutch repair

Does anyone know how to change clutch plates on a Honda TRX 90. I could use some help. Thanks Steve

I was also wondering the same thing. When my son goes from second to third or from third to fourth, it has a delay before it finally slips into gear.

Yeah Ive done 1 or 2 of those what seems to be the trouble?

Check the shift drum or more specifically the linkage from the shift shaft to the drum and plate. (see #5 and 11)

That mechanism has issues from time to time. Pull of the right cover and remove the clutch basket. Behind the basket is the mechanism I am talking about.
