Why is it?

Why is it when i go to photobucket to try and post a pic to this site, i select the pic i want to use, then copy the image code. Then return to this site and try to post the pic nothing happens. I right click on the box that says attach file and click paste the url for the pic appears in the box next to the browse button then i select submit reply but nothing happens? Why is it?

the attach file button is to upload the pic form your 'puter...to do post a pic using the image code, click the "img" button above the typing area
