Does the clutch perch and lever work on either side?

I bought this one:

and I want to get a shorty as well for my brakes so could I get the same one and just flip it? It says so on this site:

Good point!

are all the brake levers shortys? Im looking through ebay and all of them, even the combo package ones, the levers are shorter than the clutch one.

will this fit the 400ex?
