As some people may know, I was having problems with this carb for a long time. I found out after trying to get rid of a hanging idle that I had the slide plate in upside down. After fixing that it still had it so I bought another carb to compare to. I then realized the spring pressure was way less than the new carb, found out the spring was in incorrectly, and now its perfectly ready to run.
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!
