are you looking for a box for a 300??? cause ive been looking for one and i emailed (tinner) on here and he said that a alum airbox for a 300 couldnt be made because there isnt enough room for the battery and airfilter inside. i was kinda dissappointed because i like the alum airbox so well on the 400's

i'd say if you get a box, get one with the batery inside. My friend with a dirt bike seems to like to run into my left side and destroy my battery once a month. They seem to be a lot more protected inside the box, imo.

CFM...Id get the box witht the battery insdide,it increaes the chance of keeping ur subframe straight..The battery on the left offsets teh weight so it then bends

Take alook at ours extremerider167 has some pics of it in this forum. I dont like the battery in the box.I think it takes away from performance. Mine is designed with performance in mind. If your buddy is gettin inside you to the left, you weigh twice as much as he does PUNT HIM!!!!! He wiil quit hittin ya ......it works

I love mine. My friend at the machine shop made it custom to hold the battery for $75!
