So far i like it

i was going to go w/ a 13T but after jetting the carb the bike has WOKEN up now :) i have a hard time keeping the nose down in 1st and sometimes even 2nd depending on traction.

So i decided to go w/ 15T. i can definetly feel the difference in low end TQ. i can stab 1st gear and the nose will float up instead of trying to do a back flip. lol

i have a full duncan exhaust arriving on Monday (scored it for $85 off ebay!!!!). i'm excited to see if this will pick up some of the lose on the low end.

I've actually been considering the same thing to offset the 18" MX tires i have comming.

It would really be handy to be able to stay in 2nd or 3rd a little longer and not lose much.

SSJEFF,

I'll give you $85 dollars for it. :D :D

but seriously, I am in the market for some "new" exhaust.

got the exhaust on :) took all of 30 min's if that. lol

very simple. the stock clamp was too big to use from the head pipe to the slip on, so i'll go to napa to find one.

first impressions....

the head pipe isn't any bigger then the stock head pipe. it merges further back, perhaps this helps w/ scavaging. (sp?)

i suppose most of the gain in HP would be from the less restrictive exhaust and overall weight savings.

i'm going to rejet and do a plug chop this weekend. i found a shop close to me that has a dyno too. i'm going to call tomorrow to see if they have a wideband. if so i'll see how close i get tuning it on my own on the street vs. what they're wideband says on the dyno

thanks again Bill!! i left you positive feedback on Ebay :)
