how big is the difference from stock to adding a stage 2 cam in the 400ex? all i have done to mine now is stage 2 jets,uni filter,13t front sprocket,stock modified shorty muffler. adding the cam is the last thing i will do performance wise and i wanna see how big the gain is if much.

you will get better gains out of a higher comp piston. Don't get me wrong, cams help, but you will notice more power out of a piston

I have a hot cam in my 400 and otherwise have the same mods as my buddy and i smoke him.
