450r foot pegs on 400ex

I tried useing search but it dident find anything.

I remember reading that 450r pegs fit the 400ex and were like 1" lower and had kick ups on the end and were good replacments for a 400ex. Did i really read this or was i high? if they do work what years were the correct ones to use? thanks

they fit, but position is nearly the same...the pegs are a little wider, but what you are referring to as kickups, i would not really consider it a kick up

this is definatly a very good mod to do. Do it and then get the peg maximizers from rockymountainatv.com and youll be safe. well that is unless you somehow get your foot to slip then youll be skinned alive by them. but if you ride in boots your fine. theyre really good tho, i NEVER slip and i MX and XC
