All 250r bearing carriers use the same bearings?

They're not manufacturer specific as far as I know.

As long as you get the right bearing style for that carrier(standard, twinrow or doublerow, tapered) it should fit the carrier.

How do i tell if i have a standard,single or twin.I know what the tapered look like

Pull your axle out and have a look at the carrier bearings. Going off the top of my head:

Standard is around 3/4" wide
Doublerow is around 1.25-1.5"
