LLoking for Heel toe shifter and sprocket recommendation

I just switched my sons TRX90 rear tires out to a 18x6.5X8.. It revs out a lot quicker now but my son is having trouble shifting it in time. Where can I get a Heel toe shifter for it?

What size sprockets is everyone running with them on the stock 90 engine?
