Hey,i'm thinking of switching from a no link to a cr 500 link rear suspension on my frame. What's everyone think the optimal ride height from the ground to the rear bottom of the frame should be at ride height and extended for mx?BTW I'm doing this on a lonestar outlaw banshee and using a laeger cr500 link swingarm. Also if anyone could post a pic of the rear linkage bracket from a laeger cr 500 link frame that would be great.thx in advance for any help.

Your optimum ride height is gonna depend on a few things, even if you're just setting it up for mx. Riding style, track style, and the rest of your suspension will all play a role (among other variables) in how high or low you should set your ride height at. For mx start with your ride height at about 7 inches to the bottom of the frame and go from there.
