Headlights

After seeing what honda runner was able to do with those h11 lights i was interested in getting them. But my question is does anybody know whether it takes anything else to get them to work other than talking the old bulb out and putting the new ones in. My reason for asking is because he said that he rigged them.

about 6 months ago someone said that they used bulbs from a ford torus but he never answered me back about fit and finish, i hope someone finds out soon tho cuz i dont wanna spend the money for piaa's
