Choke problems

Good day I am having small problem with my choke. It wont stop comming on while I ride. Im crusing along.. It starts 2 boog downa and.. DAM CHOKE 5 min later.. Again. My friend also has the same problem. We are wondering what we should do..

take it off....it's not needed anyways. It's been years since I have needed a choke. Back in my 2 stroke days
