i saw this on craigslist also. it sure looks like the mounts were modified. also something i look for: on 86-87 frames: most are missing the vin number plates. when i title a bike in ohio they look for the vin number. not really sure why there are so amny frames out there for sale missing the vin #. but for the price i guess i would buy it
