AMR coil install help

So i got my AMR coil in today and i noticed that it does not have the spark plug boot already on it, i guess you are suppost to transfer the stock plug boot over?? Those of you who have done this install how did you do it?

it is real simple, unscrew the stock boot and screw it onto the monster coil
