master cylinder

i have a 2003-4 crf/400ex lsr frame what rear master cylinder and peddle will work for the frame

i'm assuming it would take a 400ex cylinder and peddle.a stock 250r might work as well.but when companies like lonestar and walsh made those hybrid frames,they used as much parts from whichever frame geometry they were using.400ex geometry=400 parts.250r geometry=250rparts.and so on..
