cdale or 400ex???

should i trade a 2005 400ex for a cannondale 440 speed both are pretty much stock but the cdale is piped,the reason im considering a cdale is because my 400 has some sort of knocking noise in the bottom end,when i first got the 400 it always made a clicking noise when i was decelerating in 2nd gear but not sure if that has anything to do with it if anybody has any advice it would be well appreciated

why in the hell would you want a bike you can't even get parts for very easily? Trust me bro...400ex is bulitproof. A 440 speed is far from that, not saying the cannondale wouldn't blow the doors off a 400ex, cuz it would

I'd do it. I'd make sure I'm not giving the other guy a ticking time bomb though

does the dale have any of the updates? ie. z400 crank bearings..?
