I am located in southern York County PA and I am looking to buy a older (99-02 year actually doesnt matter, im just figuring the older the cheaper) cheap running 400ex. I am looking to spend 1400 or under. I know that is very cheap but im not looking for a show quad, slight cosmetic damage is ok. I just want something that runs well and is reliable.
