Does anyone know of a free ringtone creator? I just bought a smart phone with windows mobile and I do have a USB cable for it to plug into the computer.

phonezoo.com no need to use a USB cable or anything, just create an account. After you've done that, go to ringtones, and create one from a file off your computer. It will send it to your phone in a picture-message format.
