are you looking to race the quad or just free ride it?If racing with ama-atva rules your gonna have cc limits.we have a cr80 in a r frame that scoots pretty good..right behind a cobra and jb fisher custom..

But if you're racing with AMA-ATVA rules, you will have to worry about the production rules more than you will the cc limitations. If it's a hybrid of any kind, you have to run open classes or age classes. Open classes don't have cc limits do they?

first thing is your 13 and your fab work is probably not very good.
why not just get another 250r engine they will be faster and wont vibrate the heck out of you becuase they are balanced engines.
and also there are tons of aftermarket parts.
just my thoughts...

you could run senior mini..Wich my nepfew runs..Its more or less an open class for youths..90cc limit on 2 strokes..Not sure of the limit on 4 strokes, but i beleive it may be 150..?any engine frame combo

or run class 11 wich is youth 4 stroke..its a newer class and its more or less an open class with a cc limit of 300 4 stroke only..also any engine frame combo..
