hey so i had a long day of riding on my 06 outlaw 500 irs and i took off my airbox and found oil in the air box has anyone had this issue if so how can i ressolve it

lots of steep hills? Usually this is caused by too mutch oil in the crankcase and when you get to bounceing around and going up hills it goes into the breather tube,just messy doesn't really hurt anything

Yep I agree. Pretty bad design. You can help eliminate it by buying a filter for the tube and cutting it off shorter and tieing it to the frame up high. You can't stand them up on end or wheelie without this happening in stock form
