what size chain for + 1/4 swingarm

hey guys i was wondering how many links i need for a 400ex with a +1 1/4 swingarm, what kinda chains do u recomend and where to get best price....

stock is 100 links i believe. and i guess u would need abt 3 - 4 more links. just a guess but sounds right:D

Don't ya mean 1 1/4? I was sorta wondering who would sell a 1/4 inch S-arm.

I think on a 400Ex with a 1 1/4 S arm is 3-4 links bigger then stock depending on the rear sproket size.

Just get a 120 like chain and cut the extra links off!!! das wha i did!!

i would go with a 100 link chain to beon the safe side, you might end up take a link or 2 out but its better then buying i top short. PM Rico, he has 1 1/4 swingarm

I have a 1.25 inch extended lone star swingarm on my 400ex and with stock 15-38 gearing it has 96 pin chain.Stock chain has 92 hope this helps.

I told you a 100 would be perfect but u decided to spend more money on a longer chain that you will have to take about 12 links out.

You need 2 more links..:D
