10 second 450R?

with a rope behind a funny car you can get probably 5-6 seconds and one sick *** ride.

My hybrid is pretty fast but don't know about 10 in quarter. Find out in the spring.

i think it will do it with a 450 engine, worked over, use like a 40 shot, maybe even a turbo, but i think its possible. if i recall correctly turbo-530r has one that broke into the 11's. thats a 450 engine.

sorry but a 450 wont not even come close to 10s more like 13s 14s it just wont any mph to run a good time even with a turbo or nos , if you want to go into the 10s you will need a bike motor,
probably a 1000, jmo

Agreed, a quad motor will not run a 1/4 correctly, you need to run a 1/8 mile.

o. i was just wandering. and i think i would want to keep the 450 motor in it. i was just wandering how fast i could really make one with the quad motor still in it. anyone give me some mph's estimates on some modded 450R s?

turbo-530r has already broke into the 11's, i think it was his 471r, without turbo or nos,

Yes I have gone in to the 11's with my DRG 530r 11.9 @ 101 mph

and on my 471 DRG build I have gone 12.29 @ 99 mph

Both all motor no turbo or nitrous. Thanks to the DRG Porting

I think with some spray I could get low 11's or high 10's
and with my turbo 10's all day.

I really wanted to get there all motor this year and I did.
