powdercoating gun

Hey guys im hoping you can help me out. Im wanting to buy a PC gun to do some stuff for my quad and possibly my buddy's quads and i was wondering what gun is a good one without being overly expensive, and what is involved in getting the parts ready to powder. Anything that you guys can tell me would be helpful and i would really appreciate it.

as for prep, basically get down to bare metal, sand blasting, and getting ride of oils or other bad stuff.

Hey guys thanks for the help so far, as for the stove yes I have one in the shop, I'm not going to do frames I'm just going to do suspension pieces and misc stuff nothing that I can't fit in the oven. I have a sand blaster as well I was just wondering what guns you guys would suggest. If I get the gun from harbor freight is their powder any good or should I get it somewhere else?

I have the Chicago Electric gun and I'm not the happiest with it, although it could be my regulator/water separator setup as I get a different powder stream all the time

As for powder, I used to get samples from Dupont... 3lbs at a time :D

Ummm, I dunno. It's been quite a while since I have done anything at home now that I have two places that will powder coat stuff for little to no money. I could dig out the boxes this weekend and get you a rough estimate.

I just got in about ten minutes ago, its 3am right now. I'm tired, I'd like some sleep. I'll look in the morning on the stuff I have. Not trying to be a prude, I've been busy and am down right tired.
