Is this Elka compression & rebound adjustable? What weight rider is this for, how much use has it been through, what brand swing arm, and how much for it? Please advise. I am very interested.

What was relocated, the mount? You mean 1/2"? Elka is long travel, correct? How much do you want? Thanks.

i dont actually own the stuff but i done the work on the bike,,i will have steve post a price,yes a lighter spring would be needed for a 65 pound rider,i may have a spring i could trade out for you
