I run them. Ohlin's are not single rate. They are progressively sprung. I like them but they are not valved for me so they are a little harsh. They are on the pricy side. The ones I have are piggybacks that are preload adjustable, they run about $750. The ones like that on the Moto 440 are up there with axis. They actully have a shock even higher up the chain then the ones on the moto. It has high and low speed compression, rebound, and preload adjustments.

ohlins was great in the early 90's im not sure they can really stack up to the other companys now though..i could be wrong
